Life moves quickly
Life gets busy.
Life has a way of moving faster than we expect.
One minute they’re heading to class with their hair in a messy bun, and the next they’ve grown, changed, and moved on to the next stage of their dance journey.
Many parents tell me the same thing — they always meant to book a photoshoot, but time slipped by, or they weren’t sure if it was the right moment, or whether their child would feel confident enough.
Others worry about committing before they know what the experience will really be like.
That hesitation is completely understandable.
Why Register to Win exists
That’s why I created Register to Win.
It’s an invitation programme I run several times a year to welcome new families into the studio and offer a small number of sessions at a reduced booking fee.
Each month, I invite a small number of dancers to enjoy a relaxed, guided Studio Dance Shoot Experience in my Essex studio. It’s designed to help dancers feel comfortable, supported, and proud of themselves — while giving parents the chance to capture this moment in their child’s journey without pressure or expectation.
There’s no rush, no obligation, and no need to decide anything upfront.
Your dancer experiences the shoot first, and you choose how you’d like to continue after viewing the images at home within 2 weeks of the shoot.
For many families, Register to Win is simply a gentle first step — a way to pause, take a breath, and preserve a moment that might otherwise pass unnoticed.
How it works
If selected, your family is invited to book a studio session at a reduced booking fee of £25.
The photography experience itself is exactly the same as a Premium session:
calm, unhurried guidance throughout
time for your child to settle and build confidence
a private online gallery to view at home afterwards
There is no rush, no obligation, and no need to decide anything upfront.
Your dancer experiences the session first, and you choose how you’d like to continue after viewing the images at home.
Galleries are available for two weeks, which most families find gives them time to choose calmly, without the decision being lost in everyday life.
Image collections are the same as our Premium sessions and begin from £395.

Why I run this programme
I also use Register to Win as a way to welcome new families into the studio, and to work with dancers I might not otherwise have the chance to meet.
It keeps the work creative, varied, and personal — and many families tell me it’s how their relationship with the studio began.
A note for parents
Most children arrive a little nervous.
Almost all leave standing taller.
The photographs matter — but how they feel during the process matters more.
